Hi! My name is Kathy Grausgruber and I'm a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor (in addition I am also certified in specialized fitness formats, R.I.P.P.E.D. and PiYo). I trained and managed a studio in Endwell, NY for a few years, then decided that my home town of Susquehanna needed me! So in April 2014, I started a full time fitness business here in town called KATHY G FIT. I provide affordable fitness classes throughout the week for all levels and ages. I also do in-home personal training and virtual fitness/nutritional challenges on facebook for those that can't make it to class or live out of town.
