When Katie Blue Salon set up shop in June of 2010, owner Kate Bluestein brought a style and character you can’t find anywhere else in RVA. Where edgy meets elevated. Where craft is never stuffy or pretentious. And where any soul seeking absolutely fabulous hair will feel right at home.
