More about Keller's Imported German Shepherds

WELCOME TO V.Keller's Imported German Shepherds, located in Paoli, Indiana!

If you’re here on my website you’re interested in a German shepherd dog, either you have had one and have had a loss and you’re ready for another companion, or your companion needs a friend to play with, or you’ve heard a lot about a shepherd and are wanting more information about this trust worthy companion.
German Shepherds are known for being a loyal family companion, but they also are good for a deterrent to crime. You can sleep well at night knowing that you are protected.
Most of my dogs have been imported from the Czech Republic, with champion blood lines also from Italy and Germany.
I’ve had my dogs imported so that I could have the linage that goes all the way back to 1884, this is very important to me knowing that I can trace my dogs blood all the way back to what I would say is the beginning but I know it’s not, but that’s just when they started getting serious about this breed in competition and keeping solid records. The blood of a good shepherd is like those of a throe breed horse. Many people do not know this but it’s very important for the traits that we are looking for in the German shepherd dog –tracking –herding-obedience-protection- temperament-dedication also knowing the history lets you have superior breeding stock of this magnificent breed.
Having my dogs imported also lets me know the health of my dogs that I will be breeding, like the hips have been certified since 1961, this is very important since I breed them, I want to make sure that am breeding healthy puppies.
German Shepherds are starting to get a bad name for being aggressive, bad hips and whatever else, this is caused from people not knowing anything about history and DNA of the dog and just breeding it, that would be like breeding a race horse with a donkey.
My German Shepherds have been imported for their magnificent foundation, excellent temperament, and dedication of performance.
