In 1975, after their son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, David and Beverly Todd founded this specialized therapy facility to fill a need for not only Kelly, but for other children with similar conditions. Green Country Cerebral Palsy & Neuro-Muscular Foundation was established utilizing donations from individuals, local businesses, and other foundations. The name changed to Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy and Neuro-Muscular Foundation (KBT) after the death of Kelly B. Todd in 1979.
For more than four decades, Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy and Neuro-Muscular Center has helped children with physical and developmental disabilities learn to move, play and communicate and eat.
We are a non profit organization here to help our community and the surrounding areas by providing physical and occupational therapy for babies and children affected by cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, neuro-muscular disorders, and any other condition that affect a child's ability to control movement.
We also have a speech language pathologist which offers speech and language therapy services to children with expressive, receptive, social language delays or difficulties, voice, fluency of speech, articulation and swallowing difficulties so that these children may communicate to the best of their abilities.
