About our Doctor:
Dr. Kelson is a board certified orthodontist. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, then obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine(DMD) from Boston University where through his dedicated effort was ranked 1st in class, graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, dentistry’s National Honor Society. Dr. Kelson pursued further specialization as an orthodontist for 3 additional years after dental school and received his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics (CAGS) also from Boston University. Although Dr. Kelson’s formal education is complete, he is continually learning and implementing the latest techniques.
Dr. Kelson specializes in advanced face-focused, individualized orthodontic care for children and adults. His treatment is not just related to your teeth. His goals are just as focused on the effects that your teeth have on your lips, your chin, and your face. This is just as important to Dr. Kelson as it is to you.
Dr. Kelson has dedicated 11 years as an avid researcher and scholar to become an Orthodontist. His innovative research in Rapid Movement Orthodontics has allowed him the opportunity to speak nationally about his findings. This revolutionary technique has now been incorporated into the curriculum of many of the nations orthodontic programs. Dr. Kelson was the first to combine Rapid Movement Orthodontics with Invisalign to complete full treatment, finishing in 1 ½ months compared to 6 months of regular Invisalign treatment.
