Salon Policies:
Cancellations:
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests an will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
Late Arrivals. To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.
Refunds on Services:
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.
Redo's:
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redo's are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redo's is that you call to schedule the redo within 7 days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service within 14 days of the original service. We cannot redo a service or make guaranties after 14 days of service.
Notice:
We cannot guarantee chemical services if professional products are not being used outside of the salon. If you were required to sign a waiver prior to your services a redo will not be offered. If you have made any alterations yourself or at another salon you are voiding the 14 day guarantee given at the time of service and no adjustments will be made to your service.
