Key Holdings Reality is a professional, full service residential restoration solutions firm that buys, renovates, and sells properties throughout the greater southern Florida area. We specialize in buying homes to restore and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2015 by Dave Washington, Key Holdings Reality is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation and beauty of the Palm Beach area and its neighborhoods.
