Jeff and Nikki Keye have devoted their real estate careers helping home builders achieve goals. Professionally trained by the National Association of Home Builders, Nikki and Jeff understand that selling and marketing new homes is more than just throwing up a sign and sitting an open house.

Nikki took her first NAHB Course in 2001 and received her first designation as a Certified New Home Sales Professional. This set the ground work for many years of NAHB sponsored education. She completed her Master Institute of Residential Marketing in 2008 and is only of 1 of 2 who hold this designation in Utah. She has also received her Certified Marketing Professional designation. Nikki achieved her Utah Real Estate Brokers license in 2004. She has worked in a number of communities in Utah from selling starter homes to complex luxury builds . She enjoys the sales process, she is most passionate about market research and target marketing. On any given day you can find up what she up to either our Facebook page or Instagram feed.

Jeff Keye specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge of new construction backed by his 38 year residency of Utah. Jeff received his real estate license in 2001 and has many years experience selling out of Model Homes. Jeff specializes in new home sales and loves managing the buyer from contract to completion. Jeff’s mellow demeanor and over arching knowledge of construction helps ease buyer concerns. Jeff has put systems in place to manage buyers from contract to design to completion, allowing him to manage over 25 homes under construction. He has solid real estate experience selling homes from entry level to over million dollars.
