Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies

At Kids Center our motto is "We see the ability in disability." But it's more than just a motto, it's a way of life for our staff. We work in two colorful, brightly lit and well equipped facilities, one at 982 Eastern Parkway and one at 9810 Bluegrass Parkway. From the moment you walk into Kids Center, you'll feel the positive energy, the "we can" attitude and the warm family feeling. Each week, we see over 600 children who have been told by the world what they cannot do. Our job is to show them what they CAN do. We provide speech, physical, and occupational therapy. We also operate a social skills group, an orthopedic clinic, and a spasticity clinic. We were founded in 1959 and have a talented group of passionate and dedicated therapists who are some of the best in the region. Because we never turn a child away due to a family's inability to afford the cost of care, support from donors like you is key. Only 46% of our revenue comes from our medical operation; your donations help to ensure that kids in our community get the therapies they need when they need them.
