Kids Corner opened on September 12, 2002 founded by Virginia Micai, Owner and Director. We are located in Lexington Square, right off Highway 33 in Hamilton Square, NJ. Kids Corner is a privately owned day care center. Quality chid care is our top proiority.


OUR GOAL

The educational goal of the Kids Corner is to utilize fun and creativity to foster a love for learning. We challenge our students by promoting inquiry and discovery through exploring the world around them. This instills a sense of confidence in their ability to master many situations and tasks through reasoning. Your child will be exposed to a variety of teaching methods so that he/she will be ready to enter any elementary school.

OUR TEACHING APPROACH

Our teaching approach is based on the philosophy that each child will learn at their own pace, according to their individual needs, and that their success in learning will develop self-esteem. A secure environment is provided to foster a healthy self- image while reinforcing their culture. The theory that guides all the children’s activities is that young children learn best through active interaction with their physical and the social environment. By continually enhancing and enriching the environment, teachers can support learning and creativity in our children.
