Kidzcope

Kidzcope provides the opportunity for children, teens and their families to learn lifelong coping skills after the death of a loved one–whether a grandparent, parent, sibling or best friend–through peer group support.

We currently offer two peer group support programs for families, as well as training opportunities for community members.

Mending Lives || Mending Lives is a comprehensive grief support program for children and their families designed to move participants toward the completion of the four tasks of grieving: understanding, grieving, commemorating and moving on. Our Mending Lives program lasts nine consecutive weeks and ends with a closing ceremony and social.

Monday Night Connect || Monday Night Connect is a monthly opportunity for Kidzcope participants to connect with one another and receive as-needed grief peer support outside of the Mending Lives program. Monday Night Connect meets the third Monday of each month. All past, current and incoming Kidzcope participants are invited to attend.
