Welcome everyone! I’m Kimberly (Kimy) and I have a passion for cooking food, and my culture's cuisine. This passion and love has brought me to pursue my dream of owning my own restaurant and serving the delicious food that I grew up eating. I want to share our delicious cuisine with everyone!

I am at the very beginning of my journey, and I would love nothing more to be able to open up a full restaurant one day. However, I need to make sure I plan carefully to maintain the integrity and taste of my food. My ultimate goal is to provide a range of true traditional Mexican dishes, but my journey begins with breakfast tacos!!

Tacos are true to the form of the culture and are made with homemade tortillas and authentic salsa.
