Kindermusik with Donnis

Donnis Payne Henderson has been working with children for most of her life. While in college, Mrs. Henderson taught private saxophone lessons in the Beaumont, TX area. She received two Bachelor degrees in Music Education, Vocal & Instrumental, from Lamar University, December 1989. Upon graduation, Donnis began an 11-year career as a band director in Kingwood, TX, then onto the Aldine I.S.D., Houston, Texas. Mrs. Henderson also served as church music director and children's choir director in the Humble, Texas area for 6 years. She made the move to a full-time mom and Kindermusik educator in September 2001. Since that time, she has found Kindermusik to be a wonderful way to continue to teach children through music and movement and maintain close connection with her three sons, Jacob (16), Jonah (13) and Grant (3). Mrs. Henderson truly enjoys the joy and rapid whole-body development that Kindemusik brings to each & every child.
