KindPeoples Collective is committed to providing a safe, spacious and comfortable healing environment for qualified patients to access affordable and laboratory tested cannabis in accordance with all local and State Laws. We intend for each patient visit to be a satisfying communal experience, where all of their health, wellness and cannabis needs can be met.

"KindPeoples" is founded by Santa Cruz native Khalil Moutawakkil and long time local Graham Edwards, two intimately connected members of Santa Cruz and the cannabis community. We are far from just a "pot shop"! The focus of the collective is to enrich and enhance our beautiful community through holistic medicines and healthy living. We recognize the uniqueness of each patient and pledge to assist them in finding their highest quality of life.

We provide third-party verification from SC Laboratories of all of our medicine to screen for molds, pathogens, and pesticide residue, as well as for potency, to provide patient's with cannabinoid profiles for each of our products.

KindPeoples strives to be a valuable asset to the community, and to work with patients, neighbors, public health officials and law-enforcement to strengthen our local area. The collective's business model focuses on donations of time and money to local organizations which support the environment, stand against violence, assist veterans and to educate the youth about drugs.

Our storefront dispensary, a 5000 square foot facility, has generated 65 local jobs. We hire locally and have provided Santa Cruz with economic stimulus.

KindPeoples is a state registered mutual benefit non-profit, encouraging reinvestment in collective infrastructure and patient advocacy. We seek to maintain an understanding of how best to balance the needs of cannabis patients, our neighbors and community.
