More about King of The Nations

Our mission is to equip people to be lovers of God and a blessing to the nations.
We are called to love and be a blessing to others out of our own revelation of the Father’s love for us. When we understand our identity in Him, we can fully experience His empowering grace to be a blessing to others. By abiding in and depending upon the Father, we are able to express His character and power, which was perfectly modeled by His Son Jesus.
King of the Nations is a ministry dedicated to the belief that each person has value and a unique purpose. Many people struggle with this concept and have not yet experienced the Father as a deeply loving, nurturing and intimately personal God. Our mission is to encourage believers in their callings, and equip them with the knowledge of God as “Abba, Father” (Rom.8:15).
As we experience the love of God, we are compelled to express this love to others. It is our great privilege to love, walk with, and labor for those searching for significance. As believers and disciples of Jesus, we have this opportunity to share the love of God, and to change the condition of the world as His ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5:20).

Our vision is to evangelize the nations, making and teaching obedient disciples, establishing assemblies locally and globally, and declaring the truth of the Gospel as confirmed through signs and wonders.
We are Sons and Daughters of the Most High, birthed through the saving work of Jesus Christ (Romans 5:8; and 8:16). Through this understanding, as Sons and Daughters, we are provided the opportunity to encounter the Father’s love (John 3:16; Romans 8:15). It is out of this love we are commissioned by Jesus to be laborers in His kingdom and for His glory (I Corinthians 12:5; John 20:21).
Our vision mobilizes people to be doers of the Word and not just hearers (James 1:22). It is our duty and privilege to be a congregation which equips believers to be lovers of God and a blessing to the nations.
It is our belief that the Father in Heaven has a unique call and design for every individual in Messiah Jesus (Romans 8:28-29). The Father desires to manifest His kingdom reign on earth as it is in Heaven (Matthew 6:10) through His church. This kingdom reign is within each one of us, individually as well as corporately.
Our vision drives us to be unified with a singular purpose of obedience to the divine will and delight of the Father. It is our joy to fellowship with one another in a common pursuit of this purpose.

We believe . . .
• that the Holy Bible is the inerrant, inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:2). Our first obedience is to the Scriptures, and not man’s wisdom or traditions.
• that there is one God manifested in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16-17, Gen 1:1, 26). Key attributes of God are his love as well as his holiness.
• that man is created in the image of God, but through Adams’ transgression, sin came into the world (Romans 5:12, Romans 2:23).
• that salvation is made possible through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross and that we are saved by repentance and faith in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9). Eternal life is obtained by faith and grace alone. On the other hand, faith without works is dead; righteous works will naturally spring from a life of abiding in Christ. Worship will also naturally flow from the redeemed, in praise of Him who alone is worthy.
• in the universal church consisting of people from every nation who, through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, have been born again by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, which is His Body on earth today. This church is not determined by denomination, or any effort of man, but by the sovereign work and possession of God as testified through the presence of His Spirit.
• in the sanctifying work of Holy Spirit in the believers, helping them to become overcomers and more Christ like. We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit can operate through believers today. Through signs and wonders the Spirit is bringing glory to Jesus and is positively impacting the nations (1 Corinthians 12:4-11, Mark 16:17-18).
• in the five-fold ministry given by Jesus to the church to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and for building up the body of Messiah (Eph. 4:11-12).
• that Satan has been defeated through the finished work of Messiah, yet believers are involved daily in a spiritual war. So we must daily put on the full armor of God (Eph. 6:10-17).
• that God is faithful to His promises to His people Israel and desires to draw both Jew and Gentile together as One into covenant relationship with Himself. We believe that the Church has not replaced Israel but that God will fulfill His purposes for Israel in relationship to the Body of Messiah in these last days.
• in the bodily resurrection of all men, the saved to eternal life and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment (Matt. 25:46; John 5:28-29, 11:25-26; Rev. 20:5-6, 12-13). Unbelievers shall appear at the Great White Throne of Judgment and shall be cast into the Lake of Fire, not to be annihilated but to suffer everlasting conscious punishment and torment (Matt. 25:41-46; Mark 9:43-48; Luke 16:19-26; II Thess. 1: 7-9; Jude 6-7; Rev. 20:11-15).
• in the “blessed hope,” the personal, imminent return of Christ who will rapture His Bride. Christ will visibly return, to establish His earthly, 1000-year Messianic Kingdom (Ps 89:3-4; Dan. 2:31-45; Zech. 14:4-11; I Thes. 1:10, 4:13-18; Titus 2:13; Rev. 3-10, 19:11-16, 20:1-6).

Our Values
The following core values reveal our identity as a ministry for the glory of the King of the Nations – Jesus. These determine how we live on the journey to accomplish the Vision the Father has given to us to fulfill.
Exaltation –our most important ministry is to exalt our King and honor Him through all that we say and do. It is our passion to exalt God by loving Him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. Our primary reward as sons and daughters is the privilege we have to know Him intimately through a personal relationship (Acts 13:1-2, Mark 12:29-30, John 17:3, Matthew 6:6).
Evangelism –we are to share the good news of the gospel, calling people to be reconciled to God through repentance and obedience to the Lord Jesus; thus passing from death to the abundant life that Christ’s sacrifice gives us; and to go from darkness into His marvelous light (2 Corinthians 5:20; John 14:15; John 10:10; 1 Peter 2:9).
Equipping –we must be equipped for the calling that rests upon each believer in Jesus. Through relationship, mentorship, teaching and training, we learn together how to let the Lord use us to advance His kingdom and affect the world around us for His glory. (Matthew 28:19-20, I Corinthians 13:4-7, II Timothy 2:2).
Encouragement & Exhortation –in order to walk out a life in Christ, we must walk together, building each other up in love and spurring one another on with the truth of God’s Word. This is done through personal ministry, intercession, speaking life-giving words and simply being there for one another throughout life’s unexpected turns (Galatians 5:13, Hebrews 10:24; Philippians 2:4; Hebrews 3:13, I Thessalonians 5:12-14).
Empowerment –it is only through the empowering work of the Holy Spirit that we can accomplish the Father’s will. It is through abiding in Him that we are empowered to bear fruit for His glory. (Ephesians 5:18, Acts 1:8, John 15:5).
Expectation –we live today with the expectation of the second coming of Jesus. This reality challenges us to keep “oil in our lamps” and to “love His appearing”, by walking in the fear of the Lord and separating ourselves from the spirit of this age (Matthew 25:1-13, Titus 2:11-13, II Timothy 4:8).
