Kingdom Covenant Ministries and its partners would like to invite you to join a collaborative community partnership initiative. We are a group of churches, ministries, organizations, businesses and city officials who believe that we can do great things alone but transformational things occur when people come together in UNITY and SERVICE.

The needs of our communities have grown tremendously over the past years. With recent economic, political and social changes in our nation, our communities’ landscape requires a change among those who lead and influence.

Kingdom Covenant Ministries calls for Leadership for a New Era. An early group of progressive leaders and advisors have met to discuss how to shift current leadership work from a primary focus on individuals to approaches that are more inclusive and foster leadership in the context of collective work, networks, communities and social movements.

The initiative we are launching is designed to engage multiple contributors with a diversity of experiences, perspectives and resources to create momentum to shift the dominant cultural assumptions about leadership...that shape current leadership development and practices. In fact, we feel strongly that if we are going to promote UNITY that changes the face of its community, among leadership, in more collaborative ways then we should embody this leadership in the ways that we work together on the proposed Initiative.

The KCM Initiative Advisory group is currently working with partners and other leaders to steward the process of creating a container through which many can come together to learn, collectively synthesize and strategize about this paradigm shift for a New Era.

We as a group will decide how we want to work together in this space, including how to establish shared values for the work and develop communication norms and practices. By connecting our work as partners to a larger initiative we believe we can increase our influence on the current culture.

Kingdom Covenant Ministries have identified the UNITY and SERVICE Initiative as its core work and strategizes to raise resources to integrate the work and partners who will create venues and opportunities that promote and influence this Initiative.

We hope to engage in a co-branding of this work through which KCM will be promoted along with other partners who join this initiative. KCM brings its values of openness, respect for diverse viewpoints, transparency, earning and open source knowledge and a spirit of abundance to our joint endeavor. We hope you will join the initiative.
