History
Our Credit Union was established on March 2, 1954 for TVA Kingston Fossil Plant employees and their families. Today we provide services for both TVA Kingston Fossil Plant and TVA Bull Run Fossil Plant.

The Credit Union Difference
A credit union is a different type of financial institution. First, credit unions are not-for-profit, and we exist to serve our members. We do not issue stock or pay dividends to outside stockholders; instead, KTVAECU saves you money because earnings are returned to all member/owners in the form of higher dividends, lower loan rates and few, if any fees. Our credit union is owned by its members, and each member gets a vote, regardless of how much money you have on deposit; we are governed by a volunteer board. Most of all, we are in business to help our members, not to make a profit. Every member counts at KTVACU.
