Kirkwood Village East & West

Welcome to Kirkwood Village East & West. We are a student housing development located directly on the Kirkwood Community College Campus.
We offer a wide variety of apartments at both the East and West complex. We also offer some of the lowest rates for student housing around the area! Kirkwood Villages offer a many amenities including but not limited to a washer and dryer in every apartment, free cable and internet, along with many fun activities throughout the year. We also try to make sure students are well fed and have Resident Appreciation parties at least once a month to get food in your belly besides Ramen Noodles!

Being a resident at Kirkwood Villages means making tons of new friends, a nice and safe living environment and an easy transition into the independent living situations!
