Shipping

- Klose To My Heart processes and ships orders in the order they are received with the exception of expedited orders and orders waiting on charms. All customers need to inform Klose To My Heart, at the item of placing their order, if you need your order by a certain date. Klose To My Heart is not responsible for it not reaching you in time if a date is not stated.
- The wait time for orders could be up to six weeks based on supply availability. Customers that are inquiring of their current order can check the current order list located on the website to see approximate wait time.
- Klose To My Heart is a operated by one person and it does its best to push orders out in a timely manner. Knowing this, please keep in mind that orders may be delayed due to inclement weather and/or holidays so please be patient as the orders are processed.
- Shipping typically takes place every Wednesday; however, the current situation at the time will dictate. Rush orders are shipped based on the due date specified by the customer.

Shipping Fee

- Shipping is a flat $5.00 on all USA, FPO and APO orders of $50.00 or less. All orders of $51.00 or more are a $7.00 fee to the USA, FPO and APO orders.
- International shipping costs depend on the destination.
- All orders will have a 3% handling rate added at the time of checkout; customers will receive tracking information via email (please ensure emails are current).
- Insurance is available on all orders and is highly recommended for purchase.
o Rates for insurance are as follows:
• $3.00 for orders less than $200.99
• $5.00 for orders greater than $201.00

Expedited Order

- Expediting an order can be done at checkout.
- Priority Rush ($20.00 processing fee)- This will include an item turn around time of 4-5 days (based on if custom order charms need to be ordered and when they arrive). Once complete a preview will be sent directly to the customer and upon their approval the item will be shipped the next day via priority mail. Priority mail has an arrival time of 2-3 days but not guaranteed.
- Express Rush ($40.00 processing fee)- This will include a turn around time of 2-3 days (based on if custom order charms need to be ordered and when they arrive). Once complete a preview will be sent directly to the customer and upon their approval the item will be shipped the next day via priority express mail. Priority express mail has an arrival time of up to 2 days guaranteed.





Custom Orders

- Custom orders can take up to 8 weeks.
- Customers that need custom orders by a certain time need to please let Klose To My Heart know when purchasing.

Ready-To-Ship Items

- Typically, Ready-To-Ship items are shipped at the next ship date. Sometimes this can be slowed based on charm availability. Klose To My Heart will contact customers if the time frame for shipping is longer than two weeks. It is rare to experience this when dealing with this type of order; however, it may happen if supplies are low.
