KMGLife Inc., formerly KMG Studios, began as a recording studio in 2010 and was based in Denver, CO. When CEO Greg Kimble founded his company he made a huge splash in the Colorado music scene. With a knowledgeable team, high quality gear, industry sound, comfortable atmosphere, creative vibe and unbeatable prices, KMGLife Inc. attracted a lot of attention from local artists and was originally known as the "studio created by musicians for musicians." Virtually anything an artist would need musically and visually can be accomplished under one roof, including but not limited to production, writing, recording, mixing, mastering, full artist-development, photography, video services, press, promotion, social media management, live shows, graphic design, branding and more.

KMGLife Inc. has now expanded into the education realm. KMG Academy was established in 2015 and provides a unique form of instruction in the fields of recording arts, music production and business in the music industry. Their hands-on training approach allows students to truly grasp concepts in a fully functioning recording studio, which includes eight recording studios, two production suites, lecture hall, and Ableton lab. The 12-month Recording Arts and Business Program (RAAB) is geared towards aspiring audio engineers and is designed to prepare one for a career in the music industry. Since this program is approved and regulated by the Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools, students can be sure they are receiving a state approved, high quality education and are on the right path towards their desired career. The 6-month Ableton Music Production Program (AMP) is devised for aspiring music producers and DJs who wish to enhance their music production skills using Ableton Live. KMG Academy is one of sixteen Ableton Certified Training Centers (ACTC) in the country meaning the facility, instructors and curriculum have all been approved by Ableton, ensuring the highest quality education. In short, anyone who is passionate about their craft and is interested in learning music business, music production, audio recording, social media marketing, media, live lights, live sound and more, can do so in an environment and at a pace that fits their needs.
