Neighborhood Association Management
- Keeps residents in compliance with neighborhood By-Laws and Restrictions.
- Responsible for the mailing of letters to homeowners and e-mail alerts when needed.
- Mailing, collection and depositing of all invoices for HOA dues.
- Communication with ALL homeowners on any and all issues that may concern them.
- Oversight of all vendors working for the Association. Landscaping, Signs etc.
- Consistent drives through the subdivision to make sure everything is in order.
- Attendance at all Board meetings and annual meetings.
- Up-keeping of all homeowner information for the Association and directory.
- File liens and release them at the board’s request.
- Keep Board Members up to date on everything that is going on in the subdivision.
- Communication with Real Estate Agents when a house sells.
- Manage the dealing with all the Banks, Mortgage companies, Closing Attorneys.
- Management with any home foreclosures. (this requires a lot of time)
- Obtain bids for the HOA board.
- When new families moves into a subdivision, we make sure they:
1. Receive a copy of the subdivision By-Laws & Restrictions
2. Are welcomed warmly to the subdivision
3. Answer any questions they may have
