Imagine a room full of heavy bags chained to the ceiling and floor. Imagine a room full of bodies kicking and punching and pulsating in phase -- like a synchronized heartbeat -- all fueled by music and modulated by a master instructor. Everyone pushing each other to the limit. Each having to break through personal barriers to remain in concert with the crew. There’s a raw, unbridled chemistry in the air. In these moments your senses are heightened, oxytocin levels are rising, and personal bonds are forming.
