ZUMBA at 6:45pm
Tuesdays - Pilates at 6:30pm
(Starting Dec 2nd) Iron Body at 6pm
and Pilates at 7pm
Wednesdays - Lower Body Strengthening at 6p
ZUMBA at 6:45pm
Thursdays - INSANITY at 6:30pm
Saturdays - Tabata at 9am
ZUMBA at 9:45am
