The tradition of excellence began with founding partners Dr. Robert G. Brashear, Dr. Thomas F. Stevens, and Dr. Harrison O. Bourkard. Since the mid-1930’s, our physicians have been entrusted with the care of injured University of Tennessee athletes, a relationship that dates back to General Neyland and remains strong today.

At Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, a group of surgical pioneers have blazed the trail of patient care, each in a particular area of expertise. We take pride in these achievements and will continue to provide quality of care for our patients and the East Tennessee community.
