Koda CrossFit

Koda CrossFit is a small gym located west of Broadway Extension just south of 63rd on Harvey.
The gym was opened by two friends that were brought together by their passion for general fitness and desire to impact the local community.
The staff at Koda CrossFit believes that fostering a team environment coupled with safe, efficient movement patterns is the key to both individual and group success. One visit to Koda CrossFit and you will see how this strategy is changing lives on a daily basis.
“Koda” is the Sioux word for “friend”. It symbolizes the brotherhood that once existed between those who lived, hunted, and went to battle together. It now represents the family dynamic that is what makes Koda CrossFit unique.
