Konawerks Hair Shop

Konawerks opened in November of 2009. After years of traveling the country teaching hair colour, Jason wanted to establish a home base in a vibrant neighbourhood and build a clientele of like minded individuals. He has come up with "The Helmet Resistant Haircut"! This way of cutting hair is perfect for those on both motorbikes and bicycles who prefer to wear a helmet.
Konawerks is a pet friendly shop which also allows you to HAVE A BEER WHILE YOU GET YOUR HAIR CUT! You can either bring your own or grab one from the fridge in the shop!
Konawerks has since moved to 44 NE Lowry Av. We are now located one block east of Marshall Av. This occurred over the winter of 2014. We opened for business on Saint Valentine's Day of 2014. Jason is joined by Erin Early and Anya Oulman at Konawerks Hair Shop! These ladies bring a lot of fun, enjoyment and careful detail to Konawerks!
Konawerks is involved in the local motorcycle world by sponsoring a yearly Bike Show located at Grumpy's downtown. Proceeds from the Bike Show go directly to the Minnesota Prostate Cancer Coalition.
Future projects for Konawerks include a monthly beer tasting, bi-monthly art shows and starting a Northeast Business Owners get-together.
