Step 1.
Schedule an Assessment session
Every person is unique. Before you start your training at Kong CrossFit, our expert coaches will meet with you for a lifestyle consultation, Functional Movement assessment, and cardiovascular and fitness test. Based off of performance, this session provides essential information required to determine the best course of action in getting you started in achieving your goals.
Step 2.
Learning the basics of CrossFit (3 Options)
After your assessment session, your coach will suggest one of three options to learn the basics of CrossFit.
* Option 1: On-Ramp
Your commitment to achieving optimal functional fitness begins with a full assessment.
* Option 2: Private On-Ramp
Our Private On-Ramp program is designed for the athlete that is unable to meet at the days and times of our group On-Ramp. This is a fast-track to joining our group class workouts.
* Option 3: Private Training.
Based on the results of the personal assessment, your coach may recommend a series of private training sessions designed to provide you with intensive coaching and direction on improving your ability to perform functional training movements found in CrossFit.
Step 3.
Join our group classes with a membership option or continue with personal training.
