Welcome to the Kontrol Room Fitness & Integrated Training Center, a Cobra Kai Dojo and Youth Crime Intervention Program (YCIP) affiliate of the Cape Coral Police Athletic League (CCPAL) It is safe to say, we are unlike commercialized martial arts schools. We have youth daytime fitness classes, full study hall with computers and printers for keeping up with academics while awaiting classes, parent lounges with complimentary coffee, full pro-shop, juice bar, Acro, Parkour, Stunt, Tumbling, Personal Training, Martial Arts new age and traditional. We are not a "business", we are a hands on (every class) place of study offering an array of disciplines at a down to earth, cost effective, and positively unique way. We offer a 3 nights per week training that comes standard with tuition. We also have a Multi-system Plan allowing unlimited training 5 nights per week!
