At KoR Komplex we offer a variety of activities for all ages! The first thing you see when you walk into KoR Komplex is our Obstacle area. The obstacle area provides a very beneficial environment to improve overall mental and physical performance. We offer 25+ obstacles, a few obstacles include the slack line challenging ones balance; the Quintuple Steps testing agility; the Cliffhanger provoking core control; the Peg Wall conjuring up strength and the Salmon Ladder summoning up power. This style of exercise is not sports specific and is ideal for kids, young adults and older, looking to improve overall conditioning. The next area in our facility is Parkour.

Parkour is a martial art for obstacle-based movement. It teaches one to be physically creative with their environment whether for fitness, fun or to test their physical limits. Parkour also helps to train your reflexes so you may use your skills to avoid danger. Parkour involves jumping, climbing, landing, swinging, balancing, spinning and vaulting. Pakrour is an activity that is great for all ages and all athletic abilities! The last thing people can use in our facility is our Fitness area.

At KoR Komplex we offer one-on-one training, partner training and small group FIT (Functional Integrated Training) classes. Our KōR trainers are some of the most elite in the area with a very broad experience in health & fitness, and have worked with all levels of clients ranging from professional athletes to the everyday individual looking to be healthy. When you start personal training with a KoR Trainer a detailed evaluation is performed to identify posture deviances, and muscle imbalances! From there we can determine the body’s weak links and structure an exercise program to balance the body giving a better foundation for optimum health and performance. For those looking more for group style training we also offer FIT classes multiple times throughout the week. This style of group training breeds motivation, camaraderie, and excitement that is often absent from the traditional gym environment. Although we push the intensity in each workout, we prioritize the importance of teaching you proper exercise form. Minimizing injuries while teaching correct exercise technique is the cornerstone for continuous health and livelihood.
