All of my items are handmade with love. Every photo you see on my page is most likely something I can make and am willing to create a special, custom order just for you! I will not openly discuss prices on my page, so be sure to send KCC a message if you desire to talk about prices.
I do accept PayPal, cash, and check. However, please notice, that if you send the latter two, I will wait for payment to arrive/to clear the bank before starting your project. I prefer PayPal, and will send an invoice to let you know when your payment is due.

Please read the disclaimers and my refund policy down below. If you have not read these, I will not be responsible for any future problems.

DISCLAIMER: I own 3 large, fuzzy dogs and they do shed - a lot. I do try to keep the random dog hairs to a minimum, but a few may find their way into your item(s). If you need me to wash your item(s) and package it in a ZipLoc bag in order to keep the dog hair out, then you MUST tell me when ordering. I will not refund your purchase if you do not tell me that it needs to be dog hair-free. This is not my responsibility to know whether or not you or the intended recipient of the handmade item(s) has an allergy.

DISCLAIMER: I will always ask for payment first, at least half, to ensure that you do indeed want the handmade item(s) you are asking me to make. If you suddenly decide in the middle of the project that you no longer want your handmade item(s), you will only receive a partial refund. I may have already started your project or purchased the materials for it and will need that money to compensate for my time and purchases. When the item is finished, I will ask for the second half of the payment, if you did not offer it all upfront. You will have two weeks to send me the money before I send it out. I will only send the item(s) out after I have received all the money we agreed on.

DISCLAIMER: I will post any photographs that I, personally, take and use them on my blog, my Facebook Page, my Ravelry page, my Instagram account, my Twitter account, my deviantArt page with the name of my business on them. If you would like to use them to feature on your own blog/Page/etc., please let me know before hand and keep my watermarks on them. If you have a photo that you have taken of my creation and would like me to share, let me know and I will post them on any site that you like to see them on. If you would just like me to see how cute your niece/nephew/son/daughter/etc is in the item without posting it all over - I will respect this. I will always ask before I post any photos that I do not own.

REFUND POLICY: You have two weeks upon receiving your handmade item to get a partial refund if you decide that it is not what you wanted/you changed your mind/etc. Item must come back in original condition, clean and unused. You will pay for return shipping on any item you wish to return. Your item, should I deem it in good quality, can and will be resold if you no longer wish to claim it. If it is an error on my part, I will fix the mistake/remake the item and send it back to you, and I will pay for the shipping to return it back to you. If you suddenly decide in the middle of the project that you no longer want your handmade item(s), you will only receive a partial refund.
