Kretzler's Tavern

Welcome to Kretzler's Tavern, established in 1951 by our grandfather Howard Kretzler. We've been a family owned and operated restaurant ever since. Originally a popular neighborhood bar, Kretzler's grew into a full-service restaurant and banquet facility in 1988. We're proud to have maintained our reputation as a comfortable neighborhood restaurant and bar that serves up some of the best German-inspired recipes in the area.

We're happy to be serving you today from our delicious menu where everything is made from fresh, local ingredients and prepared daily. We're known for our Famous Fish Sandwich, hearty homemade soups and pecan balls. We're certain you'll find something that will hit the spot and get you coming back for more.

We always have seasonal, cold beers on tap and the tavern offers great specials and hosts fun and festive events and promotions throughout the year.
