I have been surrounded by yoga most of my life. My Mother has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. I was not only exposed to the physical practice of yoga at very young age, but I have been fortunate enough to grow up with the lifestyle of yoga off the mat. Three years ago, I attended the Bhaktifest Yoga & Music Festival with my family. I left Bhaktifest feeling an overwhelming amount of bliss and inspiration. I knew I was ready and destined to become a leader; a teacher of yoga. I had deeply embraced the true meaning of yoga in my own mind, body, and heart. The most profound benefit of my personal yoga practice has been a deeper and more honest relationship with myself.
I aim to bring healing and inspiration to my students through yoga. I am trained in Kripalu yoga; a practice of transformation through compassion, self-acceptance, honesty and relaxation. I trust that through a consistent yoga practice, great gains are possible in every aspect of life. With a background in dance, I offer classes that are gracefully empowering while also gently nurturing to the spirit. Come practice with me as we connect to the power of our truth and enjoy the bliss of life!
