Kristen Davis Photography

My name is Kristen Davis. I'm happily married to my best friend and personal assistant, Zach. Photography is not only what I do but what I truly love. They say "Do what you love and you'll never have to work another day of your life", I couldn't be more blessed to say this is the truth in my life.

I grew up outside of Waco,Texas, where I began developing a passion for photography. My mom was, (and still is) a very successful wedding photographer in the Waco area. I learned first hand some of the "do's and don'ts" of the profession. I not only had to opportunity to work under her, but another well known Waco photographer, Willie Gomez.

After much success with them, I decided to start KD photography a few years ago. I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark II and a variety of lenses. I always shoot on manual. This tends to make your pictures have a much more crisp look, and always me to shoot in low light situations. Regardless of what photographer you choose in the long run, make sure they shoot on manual! You will see a difference in your photos!
I am now doing what I love best. I enjoy personalizing each of my client's shots to their exact needs. My main goal when shooting your portraits is to give you memories that will last a lifetime.
