PRICING

PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED!

**1/2 Payment due upon booking**.
Should you have to reschedule, your deposit will transfer to your new session date. It will not be refunded for the later date.

**Remaining balance due by cash or check on the day of your session, unless otherwise disclosed upon contact.**

****CANCELLATIONS****
Complete cancellations are rare however, should you decide to cancel after you have paid 1/2 of your session package price, please deem your deposit forfeited.

Also, please be courteous and let me know prior to your session DAY that you no longer want to book so I can make adjustments in my schedule.

***ARRIVING LATE***
I have multiple sessions throughout certain days and showing up late happens. It's LIFE, I completely get it. If you see this is a possibility for you, please send me a message as soon as possible so I can reschedule/plan accordingly with my next session and my own personal appointments & responsibilities.

HOWEVER, please keep in mind if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late to your session and HAVE NOT informed me, there will be an additional $25.00 added to your package price, upon your arrival. I will not message you to confirm your location as I have many responsibilities I have to attend to on the business side and personal side.

If you are running late due to becoming lost please call me (334-464-0846) and I will give you directions to my studio or the session location. If I have another session directly behind yours, I will proceed with that session until I have finished with it.

***NO SHOWS***
I try to confirm with everyone the day prior to your scheduled session date so I can update my schedule if you decide to reschedule or cancel your session. However if you confirm with me and then do not show on the date of your session, I will not reschedule you for that day and no refund will be given. If you have had an unexpected death or an unexpected situation that causes the no show, please inform me promptly and we can make arrangements to re-book.

***RELEASES***
Here at Kristen Greenwell Photography, you will receive disk OR a USB drive with the copyright release via certified mail.
**PLEASE NOTE-USB drive is additional cost.**

**PRINTS**
I do not specialize in photo printing. However, I can order prints in the quantity & size you would like with upfront payment. Prices for photos will be at the market value plus cost.**

Birth Package (HOSPITAL) $150.00

• Please make sure it is approved by your doctor and/or hospital OB/GYN staff to have me as the photographer in the birthing suite, when it is time for your little one's arrival.
**There will be no video or explicit content captured!!** KGP keeps it sweet and innocent!
• This package captures those first precious moments of life and welcoming your new bundle into the world.
• For scheduled inductions/C-sections, I will arrive once the parent/parents to be are settled in the birthing suite and are ready for me to arrive. (Arrangements to get in touch me with will be made prior to delivery day)
• For unexpected birthing, those "my water broke and I am on my way to the hospital"-shoot me a quick text or call and I will make arrangements to be there within reasonable time, if we have discussed your birthing package by "setting up" our calendars to coincide, accordingly.
• Images for this package to include all of those special moments that you want to hold dear (i.e. cutting of the cord, first cry, foot print, laying on Momma's chest, holding daddy's pinky, etc) as well as the baby swaddled or in an outfit of choice for his or her first portrait.

Fresh 48 $100.00
This package is for the first full day after you have delivered. This is where I come in to capture those sweet candid moments and a few posed shots as a new or growing family.

Grow with Me Plan Option 1 $300.00
**Newborn (in studio), 3-6-9 months & 1st birthday**

First Birthday & Smash Cake Sessions $150
(plus additional cost for cake if ordered through KGP)
• This session includes custom decorations per request, the smash cake setting, a unique birthday board and 2 additional outfits of your choice.
• This session can be done indoors and/or outdoors, your preference.
• If you would like to order a smash cake, I have a local vendor make them to match the birthday party decorations that you choose. Her cakes are awesome both tastefully and decoratively. If you would like to view her work, please see my first birthday albums. All cakes photographed, are of her work unless otherwise noted. Her prices range from $25-$30 depending on how elaborate you'd like it.

**If you decide you want the cake, my price will go up to include the cake. I will make arrangements to pick up the cake so you do not have to.

**If you choose to include the cake, please send me notice asap! She fills up quickly. I will need a picture of what you would like the cake to look like.

**If you choose to not include the cake through KGP, you can bring your own or chose to have one additional outfit option, for a total of 3 outfit choices.

• Hair & Makeup can be arranged with your own beautician or I can send you suggestions if you do not have one in mind.

Weddings
**PLEASE NOTE FOR WEDDINGS**
There will be a Non-refundable deposit for each package, that will be disclosed with you when inquire about your custom wedding package price. This non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Remaining balance is due one week prior to wedding, unless otherwise disclosed at booking.

****There will be a contract for you to fill out and sign. Both parties will retain a copy. If amendments are needed, please notify me promptly so I can make adjustments on my end.
