Hello! My name is Kristie Joy Butner. The meaning of my name is "Christ Sent Joy" and that is what I love to do! I love sharing joy with those around me and making everyone smile. Most of all I love to get out my camera and capture those special moments for all to share.
I am an amateur photographer with a keen eye. I see things most people don't see and put them in a photo. I love capturing moments that will last forever and always. I think memories captured in a photograph are the best way to remember special moments.
Moments like engagements, family pets, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, families together, new born babies to grandma and grandpa, graduations, dances, and so much more.
I have always been interested in the creative arts, as I draw and write as well. I believe God has given me this gift and that I should share it with everyone. He has called me to live my passion. I wake up everyday with a great anticipation of the beautiful things I get to photograph.
I have worked many dead end jobs since I was seventeen and this year God led me to leave my job and pursue my true calling and passion. This took a a great leap of faith and I know He has great plans for me.
I also believe getting professional photographs should be affordable to everyone! I am willing to do payment plans and sliding scale for all my clients. If you'd like your wonderful memories captured of you and your loved ones to have forever and always, I am your photographer!
