KSA Martial Academy is Nashville's premier Martial Arts and Personal Fitness provider, with programs that include Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Meridian Stretching, ASSERT Empowerment and Self Defense, Filipino Martial Arts, Goju-Shorei Weapons, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Olympic Fit, and Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation work.

Aikido -- Mon-Thurs 5-6PM and Mon and Wed 8-9PM
Filipino Martial Arts -- Mon and Wed 6-7PM
Jeet Kune Do -- Mon-Thurs 7-8PM
Integrated Martial Arts -- Mon-Fri 4-5PM
TaeKwonDo -- Tues and Thurs 5:30-7PM, Wed 6-7PM, and Sat 10:30-12PM
