Kundalini Yoga House

Kundalini Yoga House, is the first Kundalini Yoga Studio in the Rio Grande Valley. For over 16 years we have been sharing the technology of Kundalini Yoga with people from South Texas and Northern Mexico.

Our house is located in Mission,when you arrive and come in thru our outside patio, you start feeling relaxed. It is the perfect setting for yoga practice. We have a white carpeted yoga room, spacious and with natural light, a small Yoga Shop where you can find books, tea, sheepskins, incense and other things for your yoga practice, a kitchen to serve yogi tea and more.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Prenatal Yoga: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m.
