Our mission is to ensure that the Adjutant General and National Guard Bureau have the strength required to perform our missions both domestically and abroad. This is done by building a teamwork environment with Unit Leaders and the Recruiting and Retention Command to take care of Soldiers at all levels--from new recruit to retirement.
