L. Young is more than just a classically trained artist with a paintbrush, keen eye and unique ability to capture the essence of these United States. She's a spit-fire southern belle with a short fuse and an even warmer heart. If anyone should know it would be me, Chris Young, her second son. She and my father raised me and my brothers to be southern gentlemen forced her to put aside her passion for art, and commit to the rigorous routine of full-time motherhood. Luckily, she's back in the studio! And that same commitment resonates throughout all she touches, especially her art! Somehow, whe's capable of blending the timeless beauty of the South, North, East and West with modern trends. Each piece she produces has an unmistakable personal touch that's absolutely impossible to miss. I absolutely love it and have it in my first home away from home! And I just dare you to disagree with me about my Momma's work...Did I mention we're from the South? Down here, respecting Momma raanks up there with bow ties, college football, and Sunday morning church. Not necessarily in that order.
