La Fuente Restaurant

La Fuente Mexican Restaurant is the brain child of Ana Luisa Hernandez-Cowell. She wanted to bring the flavor and atmosphere of Guadalajara Mexico to Fayetteville Tennessee in 2000. Thru hard work, quality food, and diner enjoyment La Fuente has expanded to Pulaski, Columbia, and Lewisburg Tennessee.

Ana is fully committed to providing the best quality food to diners. During the years when food cost have fluctuated she refused to lower the quality of ingredients she use in her dishes. That is why the quality of La Fuente food has always remained unchanged.

Ana did not stop at there. She demanded the same excellence behind the scenes. (The areas customers seldom see). She is committed to how the foods are stored, and prepared. Ana maintains a clean restaurant and kitchen.

Not to rest on her success she continues to update the restaurants by adding Orangedoor video music system, Bose Stereo system, Pos systems, and more lighting.

She knows her diners have options where to dine and what to make any visit to La Fuente an enjoyable experience.

(Meeting rooms)

I would like to remind everyone that our Columbia and Lewisburg locations have private rooms available for free as long as your group dines with us. Many customers hold buisness meetings, birthday parties, going away parties, sport even parties, and end of playing season team parties. It is great for you to focus on the event while we do the cooking and cleaning.

The rooms can hold 30 -40 people but you can bring smaller groups. The rooms have televisions you may connect computers and player to so you can provide presentations. You can come early to decorate and we do not mind if you bring cakes. We will even store them in our cooler and bring it out when you request.
