La Leche League of Central Texas

La Leche League offers mother-to-mother breastfeeding support, both in-person at monthly group meetings, by telephone, and in person depending on leader availability.

LLL of Temple-Belton meets the third Friday of each month at 10 a.m., Grace Presbyterian Church in Temple, for our monthly series meetings.

La Leche League of Killeen meets at 7 p.m. the first Thursday of each month at Metroplex Hospital in Killeen.

Topics include advantages of breastfeeding, childbirth and bringing baby home, the art of breastfeeding and avoiding difficulties, and nutrition and weaning. Everyone is encouraged to attend no matter the stage you are at in your nursing relationship and we are available to address any questions you may have, even those unrelated to the meeting topic. Babies and older siblings are welcome!
