Prime and choice meats, wild caught seafood and shell fish, organic and free-range specialties and vegetarian offerings make up our dynamic fare. Reasonable priced and premium selective wines, European and domestically crafted microbrews along with house made beers, ciders and a premium only bar rail round out our beverage offerings. Our summers are accented from the bounty of our 13 raised beds. From organic cascade hops to 17 varieties of herbs and salads, 21 heirloom vegetables and flowers and our own composting program help us contribute to a green sustainable cuisine.
