Laid Down Life offers Christ-centered Holy Yoga, secular Yoga, and REFIT®.

Holy Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen one's connection to Christ. Holy Yoga's purpose is to facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship and wellness.

REFIT® combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed hour. While the focus is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.

The mission of Laid Down Life is to love and serve others through the integrated health of their body, mind and spirit.
