Hello! My name is Tracy Lake. I'm a master herbalist, and I love essential oils.*

Herbal medicine, including essential oils made from distilled herbs, has been the defining factor in my family’s wellness for many years. I can count on my fingers the number of times my children have been to the doctor for anything other than wellness checks. I can’t begin to imagine the amount of money we've saved in co-pays over the years!

I would encourage you to consider oils. I've found them to be useful in so many ways. Whether my head is pounding, or I need a pick me up in the afternoon, or I want to soothe my nerves, I have a roller of oils for that! Roller blends are easy to apply, convenient, small and also make GREAT gifts! I diffuse oils in my house and my entire family benefits at the same time. Or, if people's needs are different, I can run separate blends in each bedroom.

Oils make wonderful natural cleaners for the home as well, and I can create my own non-toxic germ spray.

I think holistic wellness is meant to be experienced by everyone, and by sharing knowledge we strengthen each other. That's why I don't mind sharing my recipes.

I've been a soldier, a stay-at-home mom, and have worked both part-time and full-time jobs. Each has been a unique chapter for me. I am so excited to begin writing my next chapter doing something I love and feel passionate about.
