This spacious home in a quiet cove sleeps up to 15 people and is a wonderful place for families with children. The home is located north of downtown Seneca, so is convenient to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, Clemson University and other local attractions.

A large sunroom offers stunning views of the lake – early risers will love the gorgeous sunrises! A large outdoor deck, complete with gas grill, is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or to gather the family in the late afternoon. An outdoor covered dining table allows you to enjoy the lake while you eat. Down at the water, soak up the sun or do a little fishing on the large uncovered dock. When ready to tackle the fun of the lake, two 3-seater SeaDoos and a pontoon are available for your enjoyment. A covered dock can protect your private boat, should you choose to bring one with you. Boats and other lake recreational equipment can be easily loaded into the lake at Cane Creek Landing, just a minute’s drive from the house.

The home itself is a wonderful place to not only enjoy the lake but to entertain family and friends. Three upstairs bedrooms all have comfortable king beds. The master bedroom has an adjacent outdoor deck and bathroom with sky lights. Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a rec room with entertainment equipment, including a Wii game system, and a pool table. An outdoor lower level patio is accessible through sliding glass doors.

Extensive remodeling and upgrading have been done throughout the home. A fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances and a small wine refrigerator. The outdoor landscaping is kept neat and the gentle-sloping backyard is wonderful because it provides unobstructed views of the lake from the house.
