Lake Padden Golf Course is a traditional, inspiring, Golf Digest 4 Star Places to Play 18 hole championship golf course. The golf course measures 6,575 yards, but plays about 5-10% longer than the actual yardage.
A traditional style layout, the course has many holes that are tucked away in the forest and make you feel like you are on your own, private, personal golf course. Some come out to play golf, some come for a walk in the park and use golf as the reason. Lake Padden offers unrefined beauty. The golf course is carved out of a second generation old growth forest with trees upward of one hundred feet tall. With scenery, golf and service unparalleled, Lake Padden Golf Course is truly a place to experience.
It is also home to the Bellingham Amateur Tournament held every Labor Day Weekend. One of the only three day amateur tournaments with one of the largest payouts in the Northwest, the 2015 tournament represented the 41st Annual event.
