Lake Tobesofkee Recreation Area consists of five parks and 1,750 acres of water for prime fishing.

Claystone Park consists of 45 camp sites, a white sandy beaches, boat ramps, shelters, a disc golf course, and an enclosed pavilion for special events.

Sandy Beach Park is a seasonal park that is opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Sandy Beach Park also has two open pavilions that may be rented. It is also the prime spot for our 4th of July celebration.Sandy Beach Water Park is also located within Sandy Beach Park. Information on the water park may be found at www.sandybeachwaterpark.com

Arrowhead Park is nestled in the far west corner of the lake just off of Highway 80. Arrowhead Park consists of 58 campsites, a primitive camping area, boat ramps, an open pavilion, and an amazing mountain bike trail that is maintained by the SORBA Ocmulgee Mountain Bike Association. The mountain bike trail is about 7 miles long.

The Ducks Ponds, located off of GA Highway 74 and Bonner Gilbert Rd consists of Tobesofkee Creek that feeds into the "Big Water" of Tobesofkee. This area is a prime area for those who want to get away and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing area of Lake Tobesofkee Recreation Area. The Duck Ponds are a place where those who kayak and paddleboard can enjoy nature without the loud noise of other boats. While visiting the Duck Ponds, be sure to look out for the bald eagles that have a nest nearby. They frequently fly in the Duck Pond area looking for fish to grab.

Lastly, Flint Rock Park is Lake Tobesofkee's first park to open back in the late 1960's. It is located just off of Columbus Road in the Waters Edge Subdivision on Gates Rd. Many people visit this park to fish behind the dam.

To make reservations for camping, please call our main office at 478-474-8770. If you are coming out for the day, our admission fee is $3.00 per person and $4 for all vessels. Children under the age of 6 are free! Our camping ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per night.
