Pet Policy:
A maximum of 2 pets per apartment are allowed. Breed restrictions apply for dogs. The following breeds will not be accepted: Pit Bull (Bull Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and Husky. The pet deposit/fee for one pet is $500, $250 of which is refundable. The pet deposit for two pets is $750, $375 of which is refundable. Pet rent is $25-$50 per month.
