Pet Friendly. Breed Restrictions Apply. $300.00 non-refundable fee with 12 month lease. Pet fee waived with 18 month lease. $25.00 for dog and $15.00 for cat per month, per pet. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Maximum 2 pets per suite. No Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terrier) Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows Presa Canario, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrids, Akita, Saint Bernards or other dangerous breeds or combination of mixed breeds.
