Lance's Bunkhouse

The BunkHouse is situated on a historic farm in Athens County. It previously housed Paint Horses and now those stall are the bedrooms! You can still bring horses to stay with you at the BunkHouse. We have 4 open air, covered stalls just outside the door. You and your group will enjoy entertaining and staying together in our 4 bedroom/ 8 bed, 2 full bath unit with a large dining/ living area and full kitchen. The covered porch with grill is great for outdoor entertaining. It's dark and quiet in the country so you will be able to enjoy the stars and sounds of nature while sitting by the fire pit or on the porch. The BunkHouse does have a full time rental on the 2nd floor so we ask that you are aware of that and respectful of their separate outdoor space. Everything you need for a wonderful weekend or week is included. Please CALL for availability 740-448-1070. A two night minimum is required. Cancellation is 2 weeks and 4 weeks for special Ohio University events. Normal weekend rates start at $225 per night. Weekly rental rates also available
